Both have rainfall shower heads. LIVING ROOM: open concept, 65" Roku TV, royal blue velvet sofa - folds out to become a queen bed. Bedding is in the hall cabinets. It also has 4 swivel chairs and a karaoke station. KITCHEN AND DINING: Massive island, party barge cooler, fully equipped kitchen, full-size appliances, Margaritaville machine, Keurig coffee maker, standard coffee pot, mixer, blender, toaster, crockpot, plastic dinnerware for kids, wine glasses, margarita glasses, bourbon glasses, cookware & bakeware, etc. Complimentary coffee, sugar, creamers, & syrup are provided. Basic seasonings, oils, baggies, foil, etc. are also provided. Large dining table, baskets of games. LOCATION: AMAZING!!! CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. 3 min freeway access. PARKING: 1 garage spot if games put up, 2 driveway spots, and 1 spot in front of the home. All are free. SECURITY: Schlage smart locks and 2 Ring cameras (1 in backyard and 1 in front yard). LOUD PARTIES PROHIBITED: Thank you for being neighborly. The number of guests booked is the max number allowed on the property. SMOKING/VAPING: NOT allowed anywhere inside the property, including the game room. At the discretion of management, if there is a reason to believe that the smoking policy has been violated, a $250 smoke remediation fee will apply. * REQUIRED CITY VERBIAGE: All Dwelling units, including Vacation Rentals and Short term rentals shall have a maximum family size of 6 adults (and their related dependent children). After booking and signing rental agreement, a 4 digit pin for the Schlage smart lock will be autogenerated and sent to you with your self check-in instructions. Access to the home is through the large double entry doors, and the path to the doors is well lit.
